More likely he will lay an egg, and not one of a design that would make Faberge proud. His methods may be subtle compared to the Romanov dynasty, but his office may have more lives than the mad monk. In the end, the results of Homeland Security will copy the Stalinist model, one that would bring cheer to the legacy of that other despot, Churchill.
