Nobel Peace Prize for AWOL War President

William Jefferson Clinton was called the first black president. Now it can be said that Barry Soetoro is the first female president. What justifies such a label? Clearly, Barack Hussein Obama has no cojones. The Ipanema vacationer practices his African samba carnival dance while carnage rains from tomahawk missiles. Humanitarian altruism acts as cover for a remote controlled marionette doing the bidding in the Soros world of his sorcerer mentors. This commander in chief runs from his own shadow.

Gun Confiscation - Last Refuge of the Tyrant

Few polarizing subjects are more hotly debated than gun control. Usually lost in the fray of emotional diatribes to ban guns, are the historic empirical foundations of our forefathers who fought a revolution to escape from imperial tyranny. The true reality in today’s AmeriKa is that individual liberty is the most despised activity that any citizen can exert in their lives. Both the popular state worship culture and the authoritarian hoodlums that run the government are so fearful of armed independent citizens, that they are eager to burn the Bill of Rights. Face it, the government is committed to force you to be a ward of the state and will kill you if you resist.

Church & State

Whenever the polemic is raised that the First Amendment implies a "wall of separation", reality is smashed. The denial of religious freedom is clearly seen in the actions of the federal government. Separation of church and state has come to mean the "freedom FROM religion". Only the charlatan would content that a religious movement or church seeks to establish a national religion that would impose and enforce worship upon citizens to observe.  Has language become so distorted that meaning is impossible to comprehend?

Being an Existential Prepper

It may seem that an analysis of the prepper cultural phenomena is a trite endeavor, but if you delve into the philosophical underpinnings of human instincts for survival, a worthy lesson can be the result. Since life is a gift, the conditions upon which it ends or voluntarily forfeited, are not necessarily dependent upon the will of the individual. A calculated act of placing your life at risk is not equivalent with a deliberate suicide. The functions and purpose of the prepper community is in direct conflict with those individuals that languish in hopeless despair and desperation. The response of the prepper to social turmoil is to prepare for contingencies. Yet that defensive posture avoids the essential question, what is the point of surviving if the communal environment is a hopeless wasteland.

The Real Threat to National Security

Is the threat from foreign terrorists the undertaking of homeland insecurity?  The preoccupation since 911 with a self-serving “War of Terror” has been masked under the appearance of national security.  Tracking down targeted Jihad terrorists and waging regional search and destroy missions has become the growth industry of the new millennium.  The rationale and justification for such a protracted conflict rests upon a cowardly attack on American soil.  If you listen to the official version of events anyone who questions the validity of blaming Islamic Fascists must be unpatriotic.

"Toxic Obama" - the latest failed Presidency

Can you say - Jimmy Carter II? At the risk of insulting the peanut grower, the impostor with suspect naturalization credentials is poised to top the nightmare of the one term Trilateral Commission buffoon. Barack Hussein Obama’s plantation expertise surpasses the gentleman planter. Must be natural, coming from the genetic markers that fertilize the fields of human thralldom . . . This Manchurian Marxist foreigner, trained in the black art of subversion and Orphic worship thinks he is a candidate for elevation to messiah.  Never a sentence is uttered where I, the first-person, singular personal pronoun is not central to the thought.

Democratic Socialists vs. America First Populists

How many times do you have to hear that going off the financial cliff is a failure of controlling spending as opposed to a lack of revenue? Systemic deficits exist because government is too big, not because taxpayers are not paying their fair share. This assessment is sacrilege to the Democratic Socialists who make up both political parties. The "so called" debate over cutting back the growth in budgetary increases is void of any real substance or focus. The basic reason that the federal government leviathan instills mass hysteria and fear about cutting back on social welfare programs is that the system preaches a false egalitarian and utopia deliverance from reality.

Human Liberty Is Doomed

Any discussion on liberty presupposes an understanding of human nature. Today, the utter confusion and distorted mindset of humankind, relegates animal instincts, as the premier motivation for salacious existence. The criteria for a cordial civilization have long been "consigned to the dustbins of history". Standards for civil and moral conduct are debased by a global disintegration to achieve the ‘good’ for the hunt of acting ‘nice’. Polite and pleasant facades are no substitute for truth and meaning. Yet, the heights of evil transactions seem to be hailed routinely, as the only achievement that power hungry sociopaths aspire to impose on the rest of the planet. Never-ending conflict is inherent in the human condition, while the state of liberty is unusual and resides within the character of the ethical spirit.

A Czar is un-American

Is Ivan the Terrible now leading the bureaucracy or is Tom Ridge a modern day Rasputin to a failed imperial house? This cenobite is faithful to the regime, but will his efforts bring salvation? More likely he will lay an egg, and not one of a design that would make Faberge proud. His methods may be subtle compared to the Romanov dynasty, but his office may have more lives than the mad monk. In the end, the results of Homeland Security will copy the Stalinist model, one that would bring cheer to the legacy of that other despot, Churchill.

Leader Worship Don't Vote - Revolt!

Canon Fodder presents a simple quiz: Politics, Patriotism and Protest!  Take the test and gauge your loyalty.
1.   It is never right to kill another person.
2.   Political leaders usually act in the best interest of their countries.
3.   If a political leader has done something wrong, it is all right to get rid of him or her by whatever means necessary.
4.   "Power corrupts, and absolute power corrupts absolutely."

Altruism

The core reasoning for intrusive intervention into the affairs of Free Men is the false notion that Altruism is a desired goal for society to implement. The proponents of the use of coercive force to impose their vision of a benevolent society require a moral basis for their demands of conformity. Their attempt to interject a culture of altruistic compassion as the substitute for personal responsibility is central to their model for a compliant society. Belief in their doctrine is a required necessity to coexist in their paradise of social equality. Tolerance exists only for those who accept allegiance to the tenants of multiculturalism.

The Evil that is Democratic Thought

The mantra that democratic rule exists in the realm of governmental affairs has proven false. The fact that deficit spending is commonplace and acceptable to their populace links the social democracies in a feudal structure that most are unwilling to acknowledge. The practice of debt created bank money underlies every social policy and expenditure. The notion that paying for public projects, based upon popular support and taxes, is extinct. Destroying domestic currencies and obligating future generations to the debt slavery of past failed projects, has replaced the work ethic. Democracies pledge subsidies without labor and security absent of personal freedom.

Pipe Dream of Economic Globalism

One of the most perceptive financial thinkers and real world practitioners of economic policy is Paul Craig Roberts.  In one of his most observant essays he stated: “For globalism to work, there needs to a single currency and a single tax system -- a one world political system. Trade between countries is not like trade within a country. Trade between countries involves different currencies whose values change if there are persistent trade deficits or surpluses. A country that runs up a large trade imbalance due to its importation of cheap manufactured goods suddenly finds the goods are no longer cheap when the value of its currency declines. The companies that outsourced to benefit from cheap labor suddenly find their profits impacted when the currency in their home market devalues.”

Media Once Bitten, Forever Scorn

Hurrah, the worm has turned! Or has it? The corporatist controlled mass media love affair with the puppet spinmeister seems to be on the rocks. For progressive propagandists, the profession of journalism has long sunk into the sewer. Withal, the elitist snobbery of the self-appointed gatekeepers for the globalist power structure got a slap in the face and a wakeup call, from Associated Press spy-gate. The reporter darlings for the Obama “Chicago Outfit” protection racket just got a taste of unexpected payback appreciation. Slow on the uptake, Obama Lapdog Andrea Mitchell on IRS Scandal: “One of the most outrageous excesses I’ve seen in all my years in journalism” “Wait until this fossil finds out about AP records being seized.”

Playing the Lyre of Budget Madness as the Empire Burns

By Washington DC standards the just concluded budget agreement for funding the federal government through September, is a big win for Republicans. Emily Miller in Human Events describes, "The final agreement will be for $38.5 billion in cuts from current spending over the remaining six months of the current fiscal year, which ends on Sept. 30. The spending cuts, although historic in size, account for only 2.5% of this year's projected budget deficit of $1.6 trillion." Here lies the obscenity of the central government; namely, that a mere drop in the bucket reduction in a historic deficit is lauded as the great achievement of compromised negotiations.

The Federal Government Declares War on the Nation

The recent debt limit congressional circus must be a new Twilight Zone episode written by a computerized program straight out of central casting. Rod Serling must be turning in his grave. A twenty-first century rewrite of his exceptional Seven Days in May screenplay is certainly in order, this time with a different ending. If there are any confused or co-opted worshipers of the federal government left, what more proof do you need that the bipartisan political criminal class is determined to destroy this nation? Not convinced that this assessment is correct; then you need remediable instruction in arithmetic. Increasing the spending with more borrowed money cannot reduce the debt.

The Dubious U.S. State Department

Once again Pat Robertson has stirred a hornets nest. Commenting on Joel Mowbray’s book - Dangerous Diplomacy: How the State Department Endangers America's Security - the broadcaster offered this assessment: "I read your book. When you get through, you say, 'If I could just get a nuclear device inside Foggy Bottom, I think that's the answer.' I mean, you get through this, and you say, 'We've got to blow that thing up"'. He was referring to that bastion of the American Way - the preverbal core of the establishment bureaucracy itself - the U.S. Department of State.

Remembering that Big Tent

Republicans are facing a crisis of identity. When Lee Atwater coined the "Big Tent" perspective for the future of the party, he was lauded as a visionary.  Conservatism as the all inclusive welcome wagon for the populace! Or was it about making room in the party for people of all views? Depending on your viewpoint and objective, its meaning would shift. But what is the nature of this awning that promised us shelter and protection from the political storms?

Christmas

We all should know that Jesus was not born on December 25th or during the winter season.  Heck, in this secular culture some even argue that HE did not even exist.  So why should it be surprising that so many 'PC' devotees' are so dedicated to purging the Savior from the public square?  The American empire has become a pagan Saturnlian culture.  Saturnlia was the greatest festival of the Roman year, and was marked with great feasting, gift-giving, dancing, playing, and relaxing. Homes were decorated, work was suspended, and there was general merry-making done by all.

Thomas Jefferson’s Revolution

No doubt you will recognize the popular wisdom of Thomas Jefferson regarding Liberty, but are you familiar with what he said in a letter to John Adams, late in his life? "To attain all this (universal republicanism), however, rivers of blood must yet flow, and years of desolation pass over; yet the object is worth rivers of blood, and years of desolation." - September 4, 1823

When Net Neutrality Becomes Programmed Censorship

The worst fears of all free speech proponents are upon us. The Verizon suit against the Federal Communications Commission, appellate decision sets the stage for a Supreme Court review. The Wall Street Journal portrays the ruling in financial terms: "A federal court has tossed out the FCC's "open internet" rules, and now internet service providers are free to charge companies like Google and Netflix higher fees to deliver content faster."

Renaissance Revolution

As the secular culture dominates society and accelerates its decay into a primordial debauchery, the high priests of the age preach that progress is their supreme sacrament.  Nothing else is sacred for the relativists.  Only the social doctrine that dehumanizes the individual and elevates the “politically correct” cultural Jacobins is allowed to survive.  Stamping out the last remnants of traditional Western Civilization is all that matters to this humanism house of worship.
