Conservative Civil Liberties

The myth that civil liberties are the stock and trade of organizations like the ACLU has been exposed as but a mere memory of days gone by. What "so called" progress achieved by left leaning advocates in the arena of fighting for individual liberty, is relegated to the back corners of history. The true basis for fostering a culture of respect and preservation of citizen rights always reverts to the principles founded in the law, based upon natural rights. The trap that most social advocates fall into is that their reading of history has a significant blind spot. The notion that evolving circumstances are equivalent with a shifting character of rights misses the inalienable constancy of inherent autonomy as the primary principle.

Wall Street Capitalism: A Love Affair

What once was a mercantile world has become a global playpen for moving hot money to squeeze out the highest return on investment. Replacing nation states with international capital is now sport. Undermining the sovereignty of countries by an elite club of financial manipulators is the purpose for the grand game. Illustrating this fact, David Callaway writes in Market Watch. "The sale of the New York Stock Exchange to Deutsche Boerse this week underscores the lack of historical antipathy for Germany, the world wars not withstanding, but also something more significant. The deal officially slammed the door on the surge of protectionist overreaction that sprang from the global financial crisis". The conquest of the NYSE by German economic dominance is ironic, since so much of the financial funding of the Third Reich came out of Wall and Broad Street.

The American Century Ends With A Bang

It is hard to imagine with the carnage that we have just witnessed, that the worse is yet to come. Our emotional empathy extends to all who have suffered and perished, their families and the entire Nation. All the heroes, especially in New York, deserve our sincere respect. It is a time for compassion, but also needs to be the beginning of an era for Justice.

Third Parties

Since the Nation was formed as a Republic, underlying principles of Democracy have been hailed as the bedrock expression of authority. The practice of one man, one vote; evolved into the basis of legitimacy, as the consent of the citizen was registered for their form of government. With the creation of political parties, the organization of public power was instituted. Parties became the repository for election seekers to gain office. They also developed into organizations where patronage was gained, policies could be influenced and access to political favors could be secured. The duopoly rivalry that emerged over the centuries, grew from the reality of being 'in or out' of power, more than deep seeded ideological principles. For in its bare raw brute reality, politics is about power. How you get it, what you do when you have it, and how you keep it.

Cultural Relativism and Ethical Obscurity

If you wonder, why the world is so confused and incoherent, look no further then the concept that All Truth Is Local. "Cultural Relativism is the view that moral or ethical systems, which vary from culture to culture, are all equally valid and no one system is really "better" than any other. This is based on the idea that there is no ultimate standard of good or evil, so every judgment about right and wrong is a product of society. Therefore, any opinion on morality or ethics is subject to the cultural perspective of each person. Ultimately, this means that no moral or ethical system can be considered the "best," or "worst," and no particular moral or ethical position can actually be considered "right" or "wrong."

Satan lives in George Soros

The fiction which is interdependency has a prolocutor in the congregation of Moloch. His name is George Soros. No other single person represents the symbol and the substance of Globalism more than this Hungarian-born descendant of Shylock.  He is the embodiment of the Merchant from Venice. His public reputation as an astute currency speculator is generous, while his skills as a manipulator and procurer of pain and suffering is shrouded in the footnotes of the financial journals. Claiming to be a philanthropist, his record is literally one of being a patron for indentured enslavement.

“Clear Thinking” Counterfeit Conservatives

Propaganda has become the normal diet for what passes as today’s popular political discourse. Facts now have pliable reality, as language is twisted to fit the circumstance. Linguistic analysis is practiced with a purity of the social relativist. Timeless standards, once unassailable and founded in inimitable certainty, are routinely discarded for the flavor of the day truth, as the situation demands. The hijacking and insidious appropriation of the monogram - CONSERVATIVE - its authentic philosophy, tradition and meaning, is systemically betrayed. At the core of the phony falsifiers is the conduct to deceive, with the motive to control and rule.

Raising the Debt Ceiling Avoids the Spending Addiction

The latest example of political hyperbole is that the U.S. Treasury is ready to default on its debt. An actual examination of the underlying facts is that the relative purchasing value of the currency has long ago swindled debt holder in U.S. Bonds of their promised returns. A default defined under this definition is part of the equation. Repudiation of the entire debt obligation is the real fear. Contrary to all the public scare tactics that the financial world will stop turning, the Federal Treasury has ample revenue to pay the interests on bonds and notes that come due. The essential issue is whether the new bond lenders are willing to roll over the debt that is coming due and keep the shell game going.

Renaissance Revolution

As the secular culture dominates society and accelerates its decay into a primordial debauchery, the high priests of the age preach that progress is their supreme sacrament.  Nothing else is sacred for the relativists.  Only the social doctrine that dehumanizes the individual and elevates the “politically correct” cultural Jacobins is allowed to survive.  Stamping out the last remnants of traditional Western Civilization is all that matters to this humanism house of worship.

Russia’s Sergey Lavrov “Clash of Civilizations”

Since the Western Press has directed their wrath at Vladimir Putin as their latest villain, while his approval rate soars to 88% in Russia, most Americans are not familiar with Foreign Minister of Russia Sergey Lavrov, much less know his public statements. Lavrov is a thoughtful contrast to the rigid and contemptuous foreign policy spokesmen’s from the Soviet era. It is well worth the time to investigate the actual sentiments that Lavrov has expressed throughout his diplomatic career. An insight of the mindset that underpins his thinking is revealed over two years ago, in the Voltaire Network, which published Sergey Lavrov’s account, On the Right Side of History and provided the following assessment.

Groupthink in Service of Government

If the human race survives into the future, the history of the current age will be entitled – A Love Affair with Authority. As the 21st century unfolds, the existential struggle between group worship of government and an inherent autonomy revolt against a popular culture of state obedience seems to forecast doom for civilization. By any measurable standard of success, the prospects of rescuing a society based upon human dignity and natural law is vanishing in a technocratic system of coerced compliance and punitive punishment. The limits of individual behavior are severely restricted to the requirements of the State and the willful confines of self-induced conformity.

Corporate Business has little to do with commerce

As the era where "it's nobody's business but my own" unwinds, the price that is being paid is a melt down in the equity markets. Well, it is about time! Is there any serious person that is surprised with this outcome? It's long overdue and the cries for reform will only give cover to more crazed regulation. The lesson is really a simple one. You don't reform a system that has evolved into a contradiction of free enterprise. The practices of many corporate executives have more in common with snake oil barkers than inventive innovators.
