The Nature of a Republic

Since all politics is local, representation needs to originate from the smallest community unit.  Because any form of centralization is intrinsically despotic, limited government best serves the sovereign individual.  Deeply ingrained within the most fundamental of precepts for moral and civic conduct are the instructions for civil administration.  Yes, the Bible in Exodus sets down the guide for human order.
