The Henry David Thoreau of Philosophy

Civil disobedience would never be the same after Henry David Thoreau - it became a mission.  Although for Thoreau a sense of duty is not in a crusade to change the world, but to achieve authenticity for oneself.  The injustice of the world is a consistent fact of the human condition.  Yet wrongs and righting them seems to be the calling for a culture of altruism.  How much obnoxious revulsion has been planted from the seeds of philanthropy?  The disconnect from the essence of Thoreau has produced more branches of evil from social intrusion than substance for striking at the root.  Was this man a philosopher of worldly fundamental nature or was he merely an icon for non-conformity living?  Who is the Thoreau of Walden and what does his philosophy mean for our age?

Weird Global Warming and Nuclear Science

The catastrophic disaster that swept Japan into a new stone age is truly an earth-shattering milestone. Worldwide grief and empathy is real and deserved. If this occurrence were only, a script out of a Godzilla B movie, or just lyrics from a ringtone song, the hurt or the aftermath would not be so horrible.

you cannot run in any direction
no place to hide ain't got no protection
it can be sorrow, blood, and destruction
but it can give you incredible emotion

The American "TC" Saga - Part 9 - CORPORATE STATE

The Corporation and the State form the worst synergism. Proponents would have you accept that Corporate Governance can direct, administer and control this alliance for the public good. Do-gooders and naive well-intentioned reformers lack the ability to learn the lessons of the corporate machine, the depths of human nature or the extent of government corruption. Without the semblance of a real free market economy, the merger of big business with unmitigated government is now the norm. The American "TC" Saga progressively eliminates individual liberty, while securing the shackles of a regimented political and economic society. Daniel McCarthy, the Tory Anarchist, in the American Conservative agrees that the negative consequences of corporate parenthood led to sinister results. In Origins of the Corporate State, he reasons.

Outsourcing, Nation Building and Open Borders

Outsourcing has been part of the globalist scheme for decades.  Sold under the misnomer of Free Trade the real intent is to drain a domestic self-sustaining economy from internal independence.  The stark reality of exporting living wage jobs and laying waste to crucial industrialized segments of an effective economy benefits only the transnational corporatoracy.  The lust for cheap labor drives every possible job overseas.  Real wage purchasing power sinks with each decade.  Replacement employment in new-fangled ventures and fields seldom provide a compatible level of inflationary adjusted remuneration.

This Streetcar Lost All Desire

“He acts like an animal, has an animal’s habits! Eats like one, moves like one, talks like one!”  Blanche DuBois didn’t know how true her words were and how well they apply to a cesspool called New Orleans.  The trolley that ran from Mardi Gras to Southern Decadence traveled from drunken profligacy to sadistic perversion.  The quaint French Quarter is hardly the home of saints.  Now that the streetcar has derailed off its tracks, the true nature of the degenerate lifestyle that tolerates, condones and favors predatory behavior has lost any residue of desire.  The pillaging of marauding thugs would make Idi Amin proud.  By what stretch of common decency are virtuous citizens obligated to sympathize with the plight of self-induced barbarism?

Pirates with Nukes

Entirely dispelled are any lingering doubts about the disdain Israel has for international law. Before going any further, just reflect upon all the apologist responses to the global condemnation of the Mediterranean Massacre. All the toadies that carry the water for the Zionist despotism are predictable and deceitful. Based on a foundation of sand their mantra ignores the facts and rests on false axioms.

Iran, Gold and Oil - The Next Banksters War

Remember the real reason why Moammar Gadhafi is dead. He dared to propose and started creating an alternative currency to the world reserve U.S. Dollar. The lesson learned in Libya is now ready for teaching in Iran. Forget all the noise about going nuclear, the true message is that the banksters rule and nation states serve their ultimate masters. The hype and disinformation that surrounds the push for war is best understood by examining the viewpoint of Iranian MP Kazem Jalali. The Tehran Times quotes him in saying,

Terrorism

The reason that ultimate peace is impossible, is the simple reality that all parties don't want it. Every regime in the Arab world runs the risk of internal subversion from terrorists. Pakistan has a record of 'coup of the month', and the U.S. demands that they become an ally? The West is perceived as the tool of the Zionist. Israel looks upon themselves as the fifty-first state with veto power. Islam wants the West to respect their religion and not pervert their culture. The Oil Corporations need black gold to keep flowing. And the American public wants the NFL to play on Sunday.

Cultural Relativism and Ethical Obscurity

If you wonder, why the world is so confused and incoherent, look no further then the concept that All Truth Is Local. "Cultural Relativism is the view that moral or ethical systems, which vary from culture to culture, are all equally valid and no one system is really "better" than any other. This is based on the idea that there is no ultimate standard of good or evil, so every judgment about right and wrong is a product of society. Therefore, any opinion on morality or ethics is subject to the cultural perspective of each person. Ultimately, this means that no moral or ethical system can be considered the "best," or "worst," and no particular moral or ethical position can actually be considered "right" or "wrong."

America, Welcome to the Fourth Reich

American Fascism did not start with World War II. Before Operation Paperclip, the codename under which the US intelligence and military services extricated scientists from Germany, during and after the final stages of the conflict, the annals of internal despotism were well established. With the open door policy for German engineering, the political ideology of state worship was bound to travel across the Atlantic.

The American "TC" Saga - Part 8 - CORPORATIONS and LAW

Much of the United States’ legal system is based upon Roman Law. The Latin phrase, corruptissima re publica plurimae leges translates as, "In the most corrupt state are the most laws." The failure of American Jurisprudence can be directly traced to the abandonment of Anglo Saxon Law and the heretical replacement of Natural Law by the dictates of Admiralty Law.

Missing Link That Allows Despotism

With all the talk and rumors of a future impeachment of George W. Bush, some awareness of past perspective needs to take hold of wild fantasies.  All those wishful anti-Bush prognosticators pin their hopes on a Democratic Congressional rout in the November 2006 elections.  Contrast with common sense opponents of Bush administration policies, historic recognition demonstrates that the Clinton precedent was doomed from the beginning.  No doubt William Jefferson Clinton committed treason by his technological transfers to the Chinese Communists, but that kind of subversion is the practice of the global Free Trade policies for decades.  George Walker Bush on the other hand has used the U.S. Constitution as toilet paper in his phony War of Terror.  Again, just another example of “business as usual” by POTUS standards.  The federal government long ago buried the noble Republic.  So why be shocked when imperial fiat becomes capricious law?  So far, who really believes that President Bush will be removed from office by a vote from the Senate?  Impeachment post Clinton, has become a campaign fund raising opportunity.
