The American "TC" Saga - Part 8 - CORPORATIONS and LAW

Much of the United States’ legal system is based upon Roman Law. The Latin phrase, corruptissima re publica plurimae leges translates as, "In the most corrupt state are the most laws." The failure of American Jurisprudence can be directly traced to the abandonment of Anglo Saxon Law and the heretical replacement of Natural Law by the dictates of Admiralty Law.

Missing Link That Allows Despotism

With all the talk and rumors of a future impeachment of George W. Bush, some awareness of past perspective needs to take hold of wild fantasies.  All those wishful anti-Bush prognosticators pin their hopes on a Democratic Congressional rout in the November 2006 elections.  Contrast with common sense opponents of Bush administration policies, historic recognition demonstrates that the Clinton precedent was doomed from the beginning.  No doubt William Jefferson Clinton committed treason by his technological transfers to the Chinese Communists, but that kind of subversion is the practice of the global Free Trade policies for decades.  George Walker Bush on the other hand has used the U.S. Constitution as toilet paper in his phony War of Terror.  Again, just another example of “business as usual” by POTUS standards.  The federal government long ago buried the noble Republic.  So why be shocked when imperial fiat becomes capricious law?  So far, who really believes that President Bush will be removed from office by a vote from the Senate?  Impeachment post Clinton, has become a campaign fund raising opportunity.

Monetary Revolution and Alternative Money

When libertarian and investment guru Harry Browne wrote, HOW I FOUND FREEDOM IN AN UNFREE WORLD, the prospects for a global monetary dictatorship was an imminent nightmare. Since his passing in 2006, that dreadful prospect has accelerated from a creeping likelihood into a horrific reality. The counterweight to the bankster’s suppression of individual liberty and economic independence may best be characterized as how to provide an alternative money system to the enslavement of debt created monetary, fractional reserve banking. Is it possible to develop a counter currency in the Global Gulag that now subjugates billions of serfs, under the financial tyranny of the international community?

Media Coverage of Identity Politics

By any traditional standards of accomplishment, Barack Obama has failed miserably. This assessment is not based upon any particular ideology or partisan politics, just on straight pragmatic results. Furthermore, if you watch or read any of the accounts from the establishment media you would think that the black messiah would shuffle into a second term on the strength of his vocal talent. Singing sweet melodies appeals to those lacking in intellectual skills to assess and judge reality from rhetoric. What is striking about the tenor of the political debate is that the face of the country now wears a socialist mask that the masses love and demands even greater expansion.

Gun Confiscation - Last Refuge of the Tyrant

Few polarizing subjects are more hotly debated than gun control. Usually lost in the fray of emotional diatribes to ban guns, are the historic empirical foundations of our forefathers who fought a revolution to escape from imperial tyranny. The true reality in today’s AmeriKa is that individual liberty is the most despised activity that any citizen can exert in their lives. Both the popular state worship culture and the authoritarian hoodlums that run the government are so fearful of armed independent citizens, that they are eager to burn the Bill of Rights. Face it, the government is committed to force you to be a ward of the state and will kill you if you resist.

States' Rights

The Tenth Amendment has long been ignored, but has never been invalidated. The United States adopted a "Federal" form for government that is based upon shared powers. The STATE was designed to balance and define authorities among different jurisdictions and sovereign entities. The central government was bound to the restrictions of a constitution. The most significant of the "Bill of Rights" amendments is the clear acknowledgment  of the basic authority of States' Rights: "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."

Bilderberg Authoritarianism Destroys Humanity

Knowing the accuracy of historical reality is difficult, but accepting the truth in that chronicle is almost impossible for most people to accept. This reluctance to deal with the stark and calculated obliteration of societal freedom is the ultimate curse of the human condition. The denial of the authoritarian plan by elites like the Bilderberg cabal is the equivalent of Satan's greatest lie, convincing us he does not exist. Well, the days of casting the smear of conspiracy over any reporting on the secret and hidden conclave of global manipulators, is officially over.

A Banana Republic Ripe for a Coup d'état

The Disunited States of America is no longer a country of national union. From the inception of the U.S. Constitution, factions continually vied for power. Yet there was a blueprint of basic precepts generally accepted as the law of the land. The appearance of legitimacy was shattered a century and half ago, that foretold the “War of Northern Aggression”. The American Revolution permanently betrayed is but a memory of past glories. If you believe that the media writes the first draft of history, you must also accept that journalism is the prime distorter of facts, truth and honesty. Free speech is the soul of authentic reporting and unfeigned chronicled accounts of events. The tradition of candid expression of thoughts and interpretation is central to western civilization.

Eugene Joseph McCarthy a Man of Courage

Known as a Representative and a Senator from Minnesota, Eugene McCarthy was more a poet and philosopher, than politician.  What higher compliment can be made to a man who was elected to serve the people?  A society that does not remember or understand its past cannot and will never be able to confront the present let along challenge the future. The embodiment of opposition to the Viet Nam debauch debacle, McCarthy was a true populist.  In the tradition of Robert La Follette Progressives, “Clean Gene” had a popular appeal among reformers.  Entrenched mechanics like Hubert Humphrey were tools of the establishment, but McCarthy was more the rebel – a Jesse Ventura – for the intellectual crowd.

Paris is Burning

In the 1966 movie, Is Paris Burning, the villains are Nazi's.  The French resistance at the end of the German occupation of Paris, are the brave opposition.  And the General von Choltitz is the moral exception, acting as a hero by defying Hitler's order to destroy the "City of Light".  Contrast this with the 1990 flick, Paris is Burning, which portrays the existence of the horror that is endemic in the gay lifestyle, which finds no redeeming characters.  "Men who want to be women explain how they've been injured by intolerance, many having been cut off from their families after enduring an unhappy childhood", has little to do with epic historic struggles.
